So I went to this assisted living facility to do a round walk for my beloved family member who I want to find a safe and clean environment for. As I walk into this facility I ran into this lady who is an employee in this facility dark skin lady with dreads short hair short lady kind of husky who I ask how are the rooms cleaned or how are they fed? I just wanted to ask several questions for the well-being of my beloved one while she tells me that it’s none of her job duties to tell me what I need to know if I have Information to go to the front desk she just works there. started laughing and walk away. Ok so how am I supposed to have my family member in this facility not only was this facility smelled bad rude Facility employers I didn’t even wait for the administrator. I walked away, literally in tears this facility as well as the faculty members are not just rude but disgusting If I had the ladies name I will plaster it all over this page, but she even refused to give me her name when I called the facility. They did not want to provide me no information. The only thing I can say about the lady how I can describe her, she wears all full black, scrubs, short black hair with Braids and short husky dark skin

There have been some recent changes in leadership here, but I have not found any deterioration in their care towards our LOs. The staff remain upbeat and positive. I'd rate the Manor 10 out of 10. May 2025: The anniversary of my wife's fourth year in care just occurred. It was a very sad day. But the healing news is that the Manor and staff continue to look after her with the best care in the world. I am particularly pleased with the new AD who is managing to get my wife up and moving and creating things in the activities room (not an easy job!). One thing I just noticed: the pictures of the Manor don't show the internal garden! This is an area where a resident can walk out into the fresh air and sit amongst trees and plants whilst remaining secure and under constant supervision.

My pet therapy Scottie dogs, Jack and Tuli, and I visit The Manor at Lake Jackson frequently and always have a wonderful experience there. Residents are always ready and anxiously waiting for our visits, and we enjoy seeing the many smiles the Scotties generate on their faces. I've been impressed by the wide range of interactive and creative activities the facility offers on a daily basis to help keep the residents engaged and happy. Those activities require a lot of planning. Activities Director Cindy is wonderful to work with as we plan our visits and meet the residents.

The care and quality of care my mother receives is so appreciated. Daily activities keep the residents active and encourage them to interact with each other. The facility is so clean and has such a fresh smell unlike many other facilities. All of the staff are friendly and helpful when we visit! Overall I highly recommend this facility if your loved one is in need of excellent care.

Elsa is a Rough Collie Therapy Dog that loves to go visit the people at The Manor. When we go and visit, it is so enriching to see how well the staff, nurses and doctors attend to all the needs of the people living there. It is a great comfort to know that there is a senior living establishment that is so kind and nurturing. It is always a pleasure to be invited back and to interact with everyone there, and especially to see all the activities that Cynthia has for them to do It seems like there is never a dull moment at The Manor
