My Father passed away after living at Stone Creek for only 7 weeks...when I cleaned out his apartment and vacated two days after he passed away...they told me I would get a refund for 1/2 the month, when I received a bill for the amount that the refund should have been they told me i owed the money because he moved out early! He did NOT move out, he passed away! They continue to bill me every month, when they should be refunding me the money! The staff is not good at communicating, they never return phone calls or emails! Knowing what I know now, I would think twice about placing a loved one in any of their facilities.

Meridian at stone creek is a very pleasant home for the Elderly. I have been living here for four months and have no complaints. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to help with any problems we may have. The residents can make Doctor Appointments two days during the week and a bus is provided to deliver them to their appointments. The bus also provides an appointment schedule for outings, such as grocery shopping and et. There are many social activites that the residents can participate in also. All in all the dinning room is spacious and the food is good most of the time . Marjorie Thompson
