Oaks is a good facility, and the services offered are excellent. The caregivers provide great care to the residents. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Sarita for the outstanding care she gives. She is respectful, attentive, and always willing to help. She explains things clearly and ensures that residents’ needs are met. Her calm and positive attitude makes everyone feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for. JKiarie

My mother has been a resident at The Oaks at Flower Mound for over a year and it has been a great year due to the facility, care, meals, activities and very helpful staff... but the level of care she received following her recent fall and broken hip truly exceeded all expectations. The entire team has been a godsend during this challenging time, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We want to specifically recognize two exceptional individuals: Dora and Sunny. Their dedication to my 88-year-old mother's recovery has been remarkable. They approach her care with a perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine compassion, consistently going above and beyond to help her regain her strength and independence. Dora and Sunny's consistent encouragement and specialized support have been crucial in getting her back on her feet and well on her way to normal. The rehabilitation process can be daunting, but thanks to the tireless efforts of the care/rehab staff, my mother feels motivated and cared for every step of the way. The entire facility provides a warm, supportive, and safe environment for its residents. We are incredibly grateful for the peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands. The Oaks at Flower Mound is truly a five-star community.

I toured the community with Eddie ahead of a client visit that was needing memory care placement and it’s evident that there is extreme care put into not only the residents but the community and staff. It smells wonderful, the finishes are immaculate, and CLEAN! I happened to visit when a middle school choir was scheduled to entertain residents followed by a community favorite activity - happy hour! I appreciated the time and thoroughness of Eddie as I went through my questions, never rushing me and taking the time to highlight what makes their community shine. The residents were happy and socializing with one another and you could tell that the caregivers and staff were well cared for as well = a win-win for every one!

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care my mother-in-law is receiving at this memory care facility. The caregivers exhibit genuine kindness and compassion every day, making her feel safe and loved. I want to especially thank and acknowledge the caregivers whose deep humanity, kindness and compassion we have observed with my mother-in-law and other residents on so many occasions: in particular Katie, Britt and Rose, as well as Tamika, Shameka, Ashanti, Esther, Ace, Dee, Judith, Manju, Nikka, Nick, Ariana, Arvi, Ashanti, Judith, Liz, Magdalin, Jalin, and Jane. I do hope I did not miss anyone! I also want to express gratitude for Eddie Feldman, whose expertise and personalized attention during the onboarding process made us feel confident and well-supported from the very beginning. Additionally, Leanetta’s deep knowledge and compassionate approach truly stand out—her dedication to her residents is evident! The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, organized, and well-lit. The meals are varied, nutritious and appealing. This facility has truly created a wonderful warm, caring environment, and we are so grateful for the outstanding team there.

My family member moved to The Oaks assisted living a little over a year ago. When her needs changed, we were able to quickly get her moved to memory care. The support teams in both AL and MC were amazing. So patient, so kind, so caring. My favorite moment was her first hour in memory care, she told one of the caregivers that she may be up at night because her days and nights are mixed up and she walks a lot. The caregiver responded by putting her arm around my loved one and told her 'that's okay, we are all up at night and we will walk with you'. The entire team at The Oaks has walked with her, and our family, on this journey. We are so grateful that our loved one was safe and taken care of in this last, difficult year.
