My recent move to the OAW has been exceptionally positive. The staff's dedication to ensuring a seamless transition and the welcoming nature of the residents have greatly impressed me. As a not-for-profit organization, OAW prioritizes resident well-being, offering a comprehensive spectrum of services, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The culinary experience is outstanding, featuring a beautiful restaurant, bistro, and wine bar with diverse, regularly updated menus. Furthermore, the inclusive rent package provides a flexible spending account that covers essential services such as housekeeping, meal allowances, personalized fitness training, and access to a wide range of activities.

My husband and I moved into an independent living apartment in December 2024. We can hardly express how pleased we are. We love the spaciousness of our apartment and its pretty design. It has lots of storage space for all my "stuff." The staff here are unfailingly gracious and lovely. We've had a great time checking out various activities and meeting new friends. We especially like that Windhaven Meadows Park is directly across the street, so we continue to walk there almost every day. We've also been delighted with the dining. The menu is always imaginative and it changes every week. Every dish I've tried has been exceptionally good. The wait staff are amazing, too. It's so nice to have charming people remember you and what your drink preferences are. My review seems to be full of superlatives, but we really do like this place.

I have lived at the Outlook for 3 months now. The experience has been universally excellent. The staff members are experienced professionals who are friendly, eager to help with any concern, and they get things done quickly and correctly. Maintenance is prompt to respond to any problem, and gets it fixed the first time. My fellow residents have been unfailingly friendly, easy to talk to, and fun to be with. Best of all, the food is really top notch and served in lovely surroundings. Moving in here was a great decision.

I have had the privilege of visiting The Outlook at Windhaven. I was so impressed from the moment I walked into the community. Very secure and well managed. The front desk reception seemed to know all of the residents by name and happily greeted them. The decor was so inviting and well thought out. The Outlook clearly thought of everything to make their residents happy and a part of a community. Beautiful dining halls, wine vault, plenty of seating areas to enjoy conversation and a meal. Exercise and meeting rooms, and activities. I enjoyed watching the interactions with the staff and residents while I was there. If you have loved ones looking for a home this is a must see.
