THE OXFORD GRAND

True Story back in 2022 my sister and I knew we were going to have to put my dad in a nursing home and I thought that was the worst thing ever We moved my dad to Oxford Grand in Dec of 22 after living in the same house for 47 years. I wasn’t sure how my dad would adjust but he did great in fact he loved many activities there like bingo, happy hour and etc. My sister and I were there a lot and everyone there became like family My dad just passed a couple weeks ago and I I miss him and also not seeing the staff at Oxford as much anymore!! I highly recommend Oxford if you are needing somewhere to go or for a parent please check them out

Professional, caring and informative are just a few words to describe the staff at The Oxrford Grand. We feel that our family member is receiving the attention and care she needs at this stage of her life journey..The staff is always so kind to take time to address any concerns we have. The care here far exceeds the previous facility that we used and/or visited. PS. I noticed that someone was not happy with the internet. They must have been talking about one of the other locations. Possibly Derby? The internet I believe is good at The Oxford Grand New Market Facility.

Mom recently moved to Oxford and absolutely loves it! The apartments are very nice, and the staff has been amazing -- even when she was on the waiting list before moving there! After going on visits to other facilities in the area, we found that Oxford Villas is MUCH cheaper than other independent living options around here. It's in a great part of town with shopping nearby, and they have a shuttle that will take her where ever she needs to go. We feel so much better moving her away from a home with stairs, and now to her apartment. And we like that there are options with different levels of care with Oxford, with Villas being independent living, and Grand being assisted living and memory care. We have visited both facilities, and we are very impressed with the level of care they both offer. We (she) couldn't be happier!

I am so thankful for Oxford Grand! My dearest friend was in need of memory care. The staff at Oxford Grand made this happen. They have met so many needs for her! They keep the residents busy and interact with them. I have spent a lot of time there, visiting my friend. There has never been a time I have not seen the care staff interacting with the residents. At the same time, they try to keep the resident as independent as they can be. There are so many wonderful, fun activities and programs to help keep them engaged. The staff is always available for any questions, from the care staff to the business staff. My friend has been there for almost 2 months. We moved my parents into the Oxford Grand 3 years ago after my father was diagnosed with vascular dementia. From the first time I walked through the doors, I have been treated like family. My parents love all the staff. While my father was dying, a parade of staff members from Cooks, house cleaners, CNAs, staff, maintenance and nurses came through the room to hug Mom and love on them both. I will never forget those moments. My mom is going to continue living there because, "this is my home". I cannot recommend the Oxford Grand highly enough.
