Hands down...The Parc sets the bar high in the assisted living industry. Starting from the outstanding sanitation grade; in which they display proudly in the front entrance and rightly so. The staff couldn't be more impressive. Everyone is so attentive to all of the needs and concerns of both resident and their family. I particularly like how the staff interact amd exhibit genuine and sincere concern for the well-being of all of the residents. The entire atmosphere provides a delightful feeling of family and exudes love and compassion. My mother seems to have adapted surprisingly well in the 60 days that she has been at The Parc; this has been a tremendous weight lifted off of my shoulders as her adaptation was one of my deepest concerns for her. I love the effort that the staff put into ensuring that my mom keeps up with her personal items such as her eye glasses and her partials, I cannot close out this review without mentioning how well kept and clean the facility is on a day to day basis; free of foul odors etc. Very impressive indeed! My sincerest THANK YOU! to the staff for providing top notch care for my lovely mom and for all of the assistance you all provide in managing her care and providing me with the love and support that I need to keep me strong for myself and my mom!
