The Pines On Carmel Senior Living

In my line of work, I’m in and out of many assisted living communities in the area. Pines on Carmel is a great community with amazing staff, wonderful therapy team, and a clean and bright community. Jamarcus, Diane, Latoya and all of the therapists there are always a pleasure to talk to and have an obvious heart for the community and the residents there. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a supportive community in this area.

My 97 year old mother is a resident at The Pines on Carmel. In the 2 years since we first arrived, I've become very familiar with the facility and the wonderful staff who go out of their way to go out of their way to greet and update me about Mom and her life among the relatively small group of residents there. I have witnessed am overwhelming sense of care and commitment to the comfort, safety, and welfare to all the residents there. I'm sure I could go on and on about the great medical care, nice amenities, entertainment and services offered by The Pines, but instead, I would simply like to relate what I feel sets them apart. The really care. Not a single day goes by without Mom saying to me, "They are so good to me here!" For me, that is priceless. Mom is physically well cared for at the Pines but, equally as important for me, she is truly loved! Thank you Samantha, Leah, Diane, and Ashley, and all the great staff there. Thanks fo creating a family atmosphere where Mom feels comfortable, safe, and most definitely...loved!

The Pines on Carmel is an absolutely wonderful place. My mother came from another facility, and the transition went so smoothly, which gave our family immense peace of mind. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and the level of care they provide is exceptional. Every single staff member is so incredibly kind, and they really go out of their way to make sure all the residents feel special and cared for. I especially want to thank Jamarcus in sales and Shushanna, who supervises Memory Care, for their incredible dedication—they truly go above and beyond for us. It gives me great peace of mind to know my mom is in such caring and capable hands. I highly recommend The Pines on Carmel to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive staff for their loved ones.

My Mom is at The Pines on Carmel. We are so pleased with everything. The staff is great and there are activities for all different levels. My mom was living with me. I worked from home, so there wasn't much socializing with anyone her age. Now she has meals with her friends, chair excercise, getting her finger nails painted, physical therapy, different events in the TV room, birthday celebrations and so much more. There are activities going on all day. The center is large enough to meet plenty of people, but small enough so it has a family vibe. I can recommend The Pines on Carmel.
