The Pinnacle of Greenville

I came into this facility for the first time today and was greeted by a smiling face and a wonderful young lady on duty named Latonya. What a lovely person. She was busy with patients and still took the time to show me how to get to the room I needed to go and when I left there she was again helping me. She has made me come here to leave this review. What a blessing to have employees that are such POSITIVE, HAPPY people!

The Pinnacle of Greenville is highly recommended by our family. My mother was there 26 month prior to her passing this month. When I toured the facility one of the first things i noticed is that no one seemed unhappy. The were always very kind to her and all of the residents there. The biggest thing that stood out when we were deciding where my mother would be taken care of was the amount of staff. The Pinnacle by far had the largest staff of caregivers we found anywhere. They not only had more nurses but nursing assistants also. The administrative staff was always very helpful and accommodating and very much so in her last days. There is no way to express our appreciation and gratitude to all the people at the Pinnacle.

The Pinnacle is a beautiful clean place that provide all your love one needs with great activities delicious food and a friendly staff.
