The most wonderful place with the most wonderful employees, beginning with the Director, Nicole Tatum Smith. They were there for us for 3 years when we needed them most. They literally loved my mom back to good enough health to come back home to live with her family. Without them that would’ve never been possible. All my family has is love and gratitude for our Pinnacle family…and I do mean family. God bless them all because they deserve it.

The Pinnacle of Oxford is a fantastic home for your loved ones. Nicole, the senior administrator, has assembled an extraordinary team of caring, professional skilled and empathetic individuals who treat everyone with love and respect. My mother-in-law (a resident) and her friends go on and on about how great they all are. We researched and visited every such facility in northern Mississippi and nothing comes close to The Pinnacle of Oxford. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for a loved one, I URGE you to visit the Pinnacle!!!!!

The Pinnacle is the best assisted living facility in Oxford, MS! The staff is so friendly and they truly go above and beyond for their residents. Food is awesome and there is always something fun going on for the residents! The environment is relaxing and comfortable and will make your loved one feel right at home.

It’s all about the Staff at The Pinnacle! From Nicole down they are wonderful and caring people. They truly love the residents and it shows. On the memory care side, Wendy and her staff are the best! They love what they do and it shows. The food is delicious and the kitchen staff are very accommodating to the residents wants and needs. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They treated my mother-in-law with grace and dignity and were by her side with me at the very end. I love these people and this place!

The people at Pinnacle took great care of my mother for three years before her death...she was totally blind but trusted the staff to take care of her daily needs.
