Very, very dirty smells bad, not a good place to have your love ones

This place is the worst ever. Almost killed my father. neglect him, medicaid him so much he could not even eat was always sleeping. Went to the hospital twice in the space of two week and was not getting water. No one want to talk to us when we call and went in my brother account take is money when dad in the hospital he told them dad will not go back there cause he's not getting care and don't want to give it back. No care smell horrible Picture you see that's not how it looks.

Overall the facility large and spacious. The environment is welcoming and aids for comfort, feels very supportive and accommodating. There's always staff present to assist with the various needs mom has and for families. I like the different activities and how they engage the residents. Presently my mom is in memory care and I was surprised of how she responded and interacted with other individuals which was stimulated by the memory care supervisor. I am happy and comforted knowing that my mom is in a safe and caring environment. And am looking forward to visiting with her. Thanks to all the staff for your accommodations.

We had a later than usual move in with my grandmother. They kept her comfortable while we brought her furniture into her room. Everyone was so nice and polite. And the facility feels warm like a home. More than grateful for the staff they were patient with her lol which is necessary. Very glad my grandmother will be staying there. ❤

My mom lives here and I perform as an entertainer quite often. I love everybody there. The best!
