THE PRESERVE AT SPRING CREEK

I want to begin by saying how much I appreciate the care and dedication the staff show every day in the memory care community. They truly do a wonderful job supporting the residents. I do have one concern I was hoping you could help clarify. I’ve noticed that care staff are sometimes involved in both providing personal care and assisting with activities or serving meals. While I understand the value of having familiar caregivers involved throughout the day, I am concerned about how cross-contamination is prevented when staff transition between caregiving tasks and food service, Actives -we are told that is directors but I have yet to seen them do activities other than parties ,I seen mainly care staff providing the care

We moved my aunt here to Preserve to be close by me. Preserve is a great place as all the reviews indicate. Robert, Stacy, Renee, Danielle and their team are so nice and sweet to us and understanding my aunt’s status, dementia, and always treat her kind and sweet. Special thanks to for Oscar trying to involve my aunt in all activities. Every resident we met were nice and made us feel warm and welcomed. This place is clean and beautiful and I definitely recommend it!

Always enjoy sharing stories and special events at The Preserve at Spring Creek. They are very knowledgeable and full of compassion for their senior community. So many amenities and beautiful campus it feels so much like a resort.
