I searched many facilities for my mom and The Reserve at Lake Austin was by far the best and continues to be the right choice for mom. The facility is beautiful, clean, welcoming and safe. More importantly, the staff is amazing! They are attentive, caring, kind and empathetic. The residents are happy and enjoy living at the Reserve and the food is great! There is a quiet elegance to the facility overall but you can also feel the joy with all of the fun activities. My mom is thriving now and it is all due to the Reserve! 10/10 Recommendation.

The Reserve at Lake Austin is the best place in Austin for your loved one’s. The staff is very helpful and engaging. Every time I walk the halls I see positive interactions and happy faces. We always look forward to seeing everyone at this community.

My mother in law lives here. This post is particularly to compliment Andrea and Jessica who work on her floor and have been patient, kind and wise in their care. Yasmin is newer to the team but also amazing. We appreciate the great staff here who work hard every day doing such an important job. Thank you!!!

We are so thankful for our experience with the Reserve Memory Care unit! It honestly was a blessing from heaven that we got in and could have a warm and happy place for my dad’s last months. From the cleanliness to the dedicated loving staff, the yummy food and the planned activities, we felt right at home from day one. We are so thankful!!!

We moved my dad into Memory Care late December after caring for him at home became too difficult. It was an extremely difficult decision for us. He was well-cared for there and beyond that, loved by the incredible staff members. We visited almost every day and I can't tell you how many times I observed the staff telling the patients that they loved them. My dad passed after six months and the nursing staff did all the coordination for hospice care for us. The entire staff (from the reception to the Med Techs to the caregivers) truly cared for us and for him as he was dying. We were truly grateful for their support and love during the heart breaking end of Alzheimer's disease.
