THE RESIDENCE AT CHERRY HILL (NJ15A002)

Sasha is a great young lady at the front door she really helps you always always friendly. Always does their job? She's always on it. When somebody has appointments, she always gets it done ahead of time, she's a good employee.

During my most recent visit, a musician was singing Proud Mary, residents were singing along, Jeannie the activities director was dancing, slinging slushies & pretzels...just all around good times and positive vibes. I'm always amazed by how kind, calm, helpful and attentive Chrissy the Concierge is when the phone is ringing, there is a visitor and a resident at the receptionist desk needing help all at once...and she gets it done with a smile and grace, never frazzled. I also appreciate and respect Sarah tremendously for being compassionate, patient and honest with my clients who are generally on a search for placement in the middle of a crisis. No community is perfect, including this one, but I've seen firsthand that key members of the staff here are truly passion and make big efforts to try and care for our seniors with dignity and respect. Keep up the good work!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with the marketing director Sarah H for my tour of the building . She was incredible , not only was she extremely knowledgeable but so kind and personable . Through out the tour of the building she answered all of my questions and concerns. The living space is beautifully kept and clean! Sarah was truly remarkable . She made me feel at ease and at home . It's a wonderful feeling knowing our mother will be staying at such a lovely place with even better people who care !! I can't thank Sarah enough! She's one of a kind and the best at what she does !

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported during what was an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere—but what truly sets it apart is the staff, especially Sarah. Sarah is an absolute gem. She has a unique ability to make very difficult situations feel manageable. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine compassion shine through in every interaction. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered every question with patience, and guided us through the entire process with such grace. My grandmother loves living at The Residence at Cherry Hill, and I couldn’t be happier with this wonderful facility. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Her apartment is cozy and perfect, and she enjoys the delicious meals and fun activities—like dancing to live music from the old songs she adores. Sarah Herrmann in sales was amazing, making the whole process smooth and stress-free with her expertise and warmth. It’s a fantastic place that gives our family peace of mind!
