Kind loving people can be found here . In a time of need and great distress these folks came to our rescue. Without the intervention The Retreat at Kenwood provided to our loved ones we would be facing a fearful set of circumstances. Oh happy day that we found this place. When you need help with providing care and comfort to your friends and family, you will not regret trusting in them.

Incredible place! I couldn’t ask for a more loving, attentive place for my mom. Since being at the retreat her quality of life has increased substantially and is thriving! She is the best I have seen her in 4-5 years! Ricky and his staff are simply amazing! Thanks for caring for my loved ones like they are your own family! Alicia McDaniel

The Retreat took my husband in at a very trying time when no one else would. They gave him excellent care and made sure that the family was looked after during his final days. Thank you to entire nursing staff for all of your help. I highly recommend The Retreat at Kenwood. They have a beautiful facility with a Hospice wing as well as an Assisted living quarter.

I can’t speak highly enough about the care my dad received during his final days. The Retreat at Kenwood took him in and cared for him when it seemed he had no place to go. He had dementia and was recovering from a broken hip. Those two scenarios don’t always make for an easy patient but The Retreat took him under their Hospice wing and gave the most attentive care that we could have asked for. I would highly recommend The Retreat for both the Hospice wing as well as the Assisted Living wing.

This place is not where I would want my loved one staying. Recently I visited a long time family friend and was met by a friendly receptionist. She escorted me to the room where the patient was locked in the room and refused outside communication. Friends were unable to even touch a wheelchair to take the patient to the cafeteria, but others were doing it.... I was made to feel very unwelcome. I was spoken to in an aggressive and condescending tone by management. Nursing staff seemed to be overloaded and overwhelmed but doing the best they could under such poor leadership.
