Our family will always be grateful to The Ridge Assisted Living for the care and compassion they showed my loved one during their final years. The staff treated them with such kindness and dignity, and they made sure our whole family felt supported every step of the way. Even in the hardest moments, the team at The Ridge went above and beyond — not just providing care, but genuine comfort and companionship. The facility was always clean, peaceful, and filled with warmth. We could tell that everyone there truly cared about their residents as individuals. Losing someone you love is never easy, but knowing they were cared for by such wonderful people brought us peace. I can’t thank The Ridge enough for all they did. The Ridge Assisted has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely care about the residents. The facility is always clean, bright and welcoming-it feels more like a community than a care home. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe and respected. The activities are engaging, the meals are great and the communications with the families is excellent. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such good hands. My mom has been a resident of the Ridge since Jan., approx. 6 mos. She is doing well and I love being able to check on her activity schedule every day. The staff is fantastic and always happy. They are all so sweet with her. Meals are fantastic. Alzheimer's is so complicated and there is never any perfect situation but the Ridge has been wonderful. We tried in home care and it was a disaster. Mom's husband couldn't meet her needs as he is elderly. I finally can rest knowing mom has the best care now.

I cannot say enough good things about The Ridge Cottonwood and the incredible care we received, especially from nurse Jessica Donahue. From the moment Jessica steps into your life, she brings a sense of calm, compassion, and professionalism that makes a deeply emotional time so much more bearable. Her gentle demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine kindness towards her patients and their families is remarkable. The Ridge Cottonwood as a whole is a phenomenal hospice organization. The staff is attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to making a difficult journey more manageable for everyone involved. Thank you, Jessica, and thank you to everyone at The Ridge Cottonwood for providing peace and comfort when it is most needed.

We moved my mother into The Ridge last fall. Thanks to many of the staff members, this has been a great experience. Eden, Britton and Keri are always so helpful at the front desk and during activities. Always friendly with family members, guests and residents. The biggest 5-star rating goes out to Cristi, the Community Life Director. She plans diverse, fun and interesting activities. The weekly musical entertainment has become one of my favorite days of the week. Spending the hour with my mother, listening to different artists, has brought us closer than ever, especially as her memory fades. A few weeks ago, I walked into my mother in a painting class - something I'd not seen her do in over 20 years! This painting is now displayed in my home, a tribute to my multi-talented mother. Keep up the great work everyone - You Are All Greatly Appreciated!!
