My clients family recently moved their loved one here to the Ridgelea it has been an absolutely wonderful experience....The staff here are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for the residents here especially a woman by the name of Trenisha who works in the kitchen...She goes above and beyond for each and everyone in the Dining Hall and she does it with a smile every single time....I think this young lady deserves some type of recognition for the service she provides each and every day....Thank you Trenisha for all that you do...You are truly a blessing to the Ridgelea Community 🙏

My family recently toured Ridglea Assisted Living & Memory Care while searching for the right memory care community for my uncle. In my profession, I had been to The Ridglea several times and knew how beautiful it was, and what a great team they have. However, this was my first time looking at it with a different lens, so I wanted to recognize the outstanding experience we had. A family member came in from Austin on a Sunday to look for options for my uncle, (and that is not a typical day to do a tour). Levi was an incredible resource throughout the process. He called me back on a Sunday morning on his day off, and was kind, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He answered our questions with patience and compassion. I also want to thank Schumellia for graciously stepping in to give us a tour on a Sunday evening. That willingness to accommodate our schedule spoke volumes about the team’s commitment to serving families. Choosing memory care is never easy, and we truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and care we experienced during our visit. Thank you, Levi and Schumellia, for making a difficult process a little easier.

We recently moved my Mimi in following a stay at another ALF and she is doing so well! The staff has gone above and beyond for our family and accepted her like family. We get updates and they have worked to ensure she adjusts well and gets everything she needs! Levi, Brandi, and Maria have been so extremely wonderful and we are so thankful for everything they have done. Highly recommend The Ridglea!
