THE SEASON ON TEZEL

Unprofessional and rude leadership who don't understand the basic rules of law. They'll feed your loved one sausage and ground beef for breakfast lunch and dinner for a MONTH (unhealthy for anyone but deadly for the elderly!) if they catch a good deal. No one eats the food and basic rights of residents are ignored to keep the paychecks running. They threatened to turn away EMS when my loved one was unresponsive. Others are drugged up and infantilized. Ignore at your peril.

If your loved one needs a Memory Care, Season's, Mona,Mata and Cathy are caring, thoughtful and communicate and respond promptly. The staff is kind and caring. No facility is perfect....however they truly make an effort to maintain dignity and respect for your Loved One's. I repeatedly saw the kindness and respect shown to my husband and my concerns. We had few complaints and are moving to a smaller facility, as my husband is transitioning a smaller facility works best for our family. He is completely immovable and no longer needs a security lockdown facility.

My sweet momma has been a resident at Season's Memory Care (Tezel location) for almost 4 years now! What a Blessing for our family. It's never an easy decision when deciding that your loved one needs 24 hour care and choosing a loving, caring and nurturing environment to call home is so important. We started moms journey at Season's during a world changing time (covid) and Mona was so very kind and informative and most importantly reassuring and still is today!! The team at Season's Tezel is awesome and Vanessa is available 24/7 always with the most caring and positive responses. Mom will be 100 years old in November God willing and we look forward to a Beautiful Celebration with friends and family with Season's!

We are so blessed to have found Season's for my mother to call home. The staff/caregivers are amazing and my mom is super comfortable there. Activities for the residents all the time! The staff texts updates which is so nice- they even add pictures of my mom with the activity/event that they are doing at the time! Seasons is always decorated and has a fresh clean smell every time I visit. I highly recommend Seasons on Old Tezel Road!

My mom is a current resident at Seasons on Tezel Road. The facility is super clean and the staff takes great care of my mom. The activity director is outstanding and my mom LOVES her. They also have health care professionals, physical, occupational and speech therapists who come on sight to work with the residents and are outstanding. I am SO glad I found Seasons for my mom’s care.
