When it came time to find the right place for my mother, we wanted somewhere she would truly be cared for — not just looked after. The Forum at Lincoln Heights has exceeded every expectation. The care staff, especially Steph, Susie, and Twnika, have been absolutely wonderful with my mother. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Michaelle, the activities director, does a fantastic job creating fun and engaging events that keep the residents active and socially connected — my mother looks forward to what's coming up next! Miranda, the assisted living director, has been a reassuring presence for our whole family, and Robin at the front desk always greets us with warmth and a smile. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and feels like a real home. Most importantly, my mother is happy and thriving there, and as a family, that gives us tremendous peace of mind. If you're searching for assisted living for someone you love, I can't recommend The Forum at Lincoln Heights enough. The people here make all the difference.
