We’ve had the privilege of caring for Hospice patients at The Springs at Willowcreek, their care team is truly something exceptional. The staff shows a depth of compassion that can’t be taught, gentle hands, patience hearts, and an unwavering commitment to making every resident feel safe and loved. Their kindness brings comfort not only to the residents, but to every family and partner who walks through their doors. We are genuinely grateful to work alongside such a remarkable and wholehearted team.

I would recommend The Springs at Willowcreek for anyone who has a loved one that is need of Memory Care. They have amazing staff and take great care of my grandmother. She tells me all the time how much she loves living here.

My Mom spent two years with these wonderful people. I wouldn’t have any problem referring friends or acquaintances to Willowcreek. Very helpful and loving staff. All of them took time to answer all of our questions and phone calls.

My grandmother was at Willowcreek at the Springs, formerly known as the Woods for approximately 7 years. My mother, her daughter use to say “if I ever need to go to a memory unit I want to be placed there.” My mom has been there for over 1 month now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s still a lot of the same staff from 5 years ago working there, even after COVID. I do not have to worry any longer and it takes away so much anxiety.

My aunt and uncle have been residents of The Springs at Willowcreek for just about a year. She was in memory care, while he was next door in assisted living. The staff at both locations is amazing, treating my family as part of their own. Memory care is no joke - it's challenging to work with dementia and memory challenged residents, and the staff would often be found just sitting with an anxious resident, keeping them company. My aunt passed this month, and the employees not only offered us every physical comfort they could, they also cried and prayed with us and for us during the last weeks. My uncle wanted to spend the night with her, and they made him comfortable and kept watch over them both through what ended up being her last night. Now, the staff at my uncle's building are doting on him and making sure he knows he's not alone. I won't pretend that everything is perfect, sunshine and rainbows, in any assisted living or memory care situation. If you can visit and advocate for your loved one when they're in any facility, of course that's best. Any concerns I had, I shared with the management, and they were addressed right away and to my satisfaction. They made recommendations for my aunt's care (better shoes, for example, that had good tread and room for her toes to spread out a bit rather than being squished together - who knew she'd end up loving Crocs?) which were always a big help to us. I could go on and on, about the activities they provide and how good the food always looks and smells, and how sweet the residents all are... but I think I've left a long enough review.
