THE SUITES AT HERITAGE POINT

My parents moved to the Village at Heritage Point has been a fantastic experience. Working with Jeanette they toured several different units, found the perfect space and then were able to customize some elements to their liking. In the few short months my parents have been residents they have enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, entertainment and dining options and busy social activities with friends. It's been comforting to our family that this transition has resulted in so many positive changes for their lifestyle. I've also seen first hand how responsive and considerate everyone on the staff is to the residents. They really work hard to provide every comfort and accommodate every request they can. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience!

It is a beautiful home for my father-in-law with an excellent staff. We needed to be more experienced in the effort required to transition a family member into a retirement community. Jeanette and her team made the process as easy as possible, including educating us on the legal and medical steps required to care for an aging family member properly. The entire facility layout and staff create a positive feeling for the residents and visiting family members. It feels more like a high-end hotel with additional library, gym, and cafe perks. Our situation required my father-in-law to move from independent to assisted living within the first four months of moving in. Again, every resource at Heritage was at our disposal. The staff moved his furniture to the new apartment and worked hand in hand with our medical providers to support the transition. The most essential accolade we can give Heritage is that our last family grandparent is happy and involved in his new community vs. feeling put away (his words).

My mother is a resident in senior independent living at Heritage Point. She has a beautiful apartment. From the day she moved in, her fellow residents have been friendly and welcoming. The entire staff has always been caring, kind, and helpful and our family is grateful.

Our Mom has been living in the assisted living portion of Heritage for almost one year. It has been a very positive experience for her and our entire family. The facility is very clean, the staff is wonderful, and there are many planned activities to help keep residents engaged and build a network of friends. The social aspect of the facility has had the most positive impact on our Mom and I highly recommend this facility.

After 14 years of happily living independently at Heritage Point, we found it necessary to move our loved one to the assisted services. I can’t say enough about the staff on both sides of Heritage Point. Kind, courteous and efficient. The transition move was done very quickly. The Suites staff was very attentive to make the adjustment smooth and comforting.
