The Trace Senior Community- Level 3

What An Awesome place this is the Halloween decorations awesome friendly atmosphere lots of smiles and I want to do a big shout out to Angela who helped me get to the right department quickly and fast very helpful I appreciate that easy 5 Stars

A family member of mine was recently moved into The Trance because it seemed to be the best option for what we were looking for. After we visited we were almost skeptical whether the information we were shown/told was accurate to what living there would actually be like; but after some time of my grandmother living there we couldn’t be more satisfied. The visit and advertising couldn’t have been more spot on to what it is actually like day to day. My grandmother is more than pleased with the dining options and the staff are so kind, prepared, and happy to help at all times. We are very blessed we found such a comfortable, trustworthy community for her to stay (and a lovely place for us to visit!). Couldn’t be happier with our choice.

The staff is professional, compassionate, personable, attentive and quick to respond to any need of the resident. The residents are known by name and treated with great respect, as members of a family. The community is peaceful and joyful with an uplifting atmosphere and sense of belonging. The rooms are spacious, the grounds beautifully landscaped. A very pleasant and comfortable place to live in the senior years!

Clean and organized! I enjoy hearing the pianist play music in the lobby, it makes for a cozy environment. Angela was quick to offer directions upon entering the building. She's so pleasant and friendly to all I've seen interact with her. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I have been attending networking events for many years at The Trace, and recently attended a meeting there. The culinary team knocked it out if the park. The food was delicious and the accommodations were lovely. Campbell, Julie and Thomas were terrific hosts. If you are looking for a meeting venue, I highly recommend.
