THE TRADITIONPRESTONWOOD ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

Place is ok for residents but they accept anyone as long as they got the money but treat their care partners like garbage. Short staffed all the time. They don’t allow the care partners to park onsite. They make them walk across a busy street.

The staff are amazing, God bless them.

My husband was on the Memory Care floor of the Tradition for 2 months. He decidedly did not want to be there. Two individuals in particular eased his troubled state while he was there…. Bernadette, a care partner, listened attentively to every concern he had and always responded in a helpful way. She is quiet and gentle and caring. She made being in Memory Care more bearable for my husband. Judy, a nurse, was another presence on the 4th floor who eased my husband’s anxieties in his unsettled state. She was always cheerful, smiling, and laughed easily. She brightened every room she went into. These two ladies impressed my family with their kindness, their appealing personalities, and their genuinely caring manner.
