The Trillium Tyson's

So far, the Trillium experience has been positive. Though our family member has been in Assisted Living only 2 weeks, she has adjusted well. The aides have been warm and attentive, the meals outstanding and she raved about the book club. A special acknowledgment goes to Nicole, the move in coordinator who has been so very responsive and oh so helpful. Another super department is Maintenance. The men that helped hang pictures, put up drapes, assemble a shelf etc are outstanding. They were so warm, kind and helpful. Though very new, The Trillium appears to be hiring some very good people!

Thank you, Susan Good morning Ahmed, I loved yoga with Michelle Elizabeth and the piano singer yesterday. Kyle's fitness classes are wonderful and I have already noticed improvement in my balance. Thank you and the Team for all you do to make us so happy to live at The Trillium. Susan and Bill We have been here for three weeks and could not be happier. Everyone and everything has exceeded our expectations (which were high to begin with.) All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They greet us by name, ask how we are and if we need anything. Special thanks to Lisa, who made our move in effortless; Sam, the Sales Manager, without whom we would not be here; Ahmed, who has answered our many questions with grace and respect; Christiane, who patiently answered all our financial questions and especially to Chefs Franck, Dagan and Edmund who have prepared the most delicious and beautifully presented dinners every night ... all of them well above five stars ... and Aaron, the best server in the world. Thank you to Bobby and Brian and everyone else for making our new home so amazing ... we feel as though we live in a resort every day.

My grandmother recently moved into The Trillium in Tysons, and it has been a wonderful experience for her. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly supportive, making the transition smooth and stress-free. They were patient and attentive, ensuring that all her needs were met and that she felt comfortable in her new home. One of the standout aspects of The Trillium is the diversity and kindness of the staff. They come from various backgrounds and are always welcoming and friendly. It's clear that they genuinely care about the residents, treating them with respect and compassion. My grandmother has made new friends, enjoys the daily activities, and frequently praises the meals and common areas. Overall, I am so glad she chose The Trillium. It’s comforting to know she’s in a place where she feels safe, happy, and valued.

We are so glad that we chose Trillium Tyson’s as our retirement community. The staff is diverse, attentive, professional, and caring. The afternoon musical soirées have provided an excellent opportunity to meet other residents. The apartments are spacious and the common areas exceptionally beautiful and comfortable. The dining experience has exceeded our expectations, consistently meriting 5 stars. The chef and staff are creative and readily accommodate individual requests. The Trillium is conveniently located directly across the street from Whole Foods and The Boro district.
