Crown Pointe has been such a blessing to me and my good friend. I’ve been very impressed by the cleanliness and the overall care they provide. The residents and staff are truly kind and treat my friend with respect and dignity. She is happy here and is glad to call it “home”!

Outside landscaping is tidy. I like the front entry, it is open, bright and looks so inviting. The check-in is an easy kiosk to use , but doesn’t seem to be required. I think it should be more required for the safety of the residents. I was visiting a single resident, but twice during my visit, cheery “invites” invited residents to activities. Additionally, Elevator operates at a slower level to accommodate older/ slower adults. ( nice). Inside open area is clean and has updated furniture.
