VILLAGE AT OCOTILLO, THE

I HAVE VISITED THE VILLAGE SEVERAL TIMES THEY TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY WHEN I AM READY I WOULD LIKE TO LIVE AT THE VILLAGE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.THE STAF ARE WODERFULL all so the food is great

Very nice with friendly, warm prople. Nice environment with amenities i.e. library, movie theater, festivities, etc Sandi and team are a great addition to the Village.

The Villages at Ocotillo is a beautiful facility and the staff is AMAZING! 😍 They didn't even have a room available at the time, but when I mentioned our dire circumstances, the sales director, Sandi was so understanding and quickly set up a meeting with us and Tubna. Both of these ladies are a huge part of the Villages success. Extremely caring and go the extra mile on everything. They brought us hope for a much needed change AND a room within less than three weeks and we are very, very grateful.

My husband and I had an absolutely delightful experience at The Village of Ocotillo. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. A special shoutout to Sandi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her sincere and inviting nature always makes us feel like family. Every member of the staff was engaging, kind, and attentive, making our time there truly unforgettable. We highly recommend The Village at Ocotilloto to anyone looking for a compassionate and supportive environment that has it all...great food, tons of activities, lots of socialization and an incredible chef!!! This was my first visit here as a potential resident along with my husband. I had visited friends who lived here several years ago. Everyone was most courteous and went out of their way to make myself and my friend who came with me feel most welcome. very informative. the tour was great and the activity was fun and the food was delicious!
