THE VILLAGE AT THE WOODLANDS WATERWAY

My parents and I had a wonderful tour of the facility with Alicia Bowling, who was absolutely fantastic. She tailored her presentation to our needs, related to us as people instead of customers, answered all of our questions, and set our minds at ease for this upcoming transition to independent living for my elderly parents. The Village is a full-service facility that has everything they will need under one roof in a beautiful location in the heart of The Woodlands. I highly recommend both the facility and Alicia Bowling!

From my first meeting with Alicia Bowling to signing an agreement, I can't thank Alicia enough for making the process as seamless as possible. I had several questions because I was relocating a relative to The Village. No questioned went unanswered and it never felt as though it was a problem. What stood out to me is Alicia had experience with The Village prior to working there. That experience helps Alicia connect with others. I am truly grateful for all she has done. I know I made the right decision and it is because of Alicia.

We have started looking for a senior living facility in the event we have gotten to the point where we simply can't stay in our house since I no longer am able to do the simplest things around the house to keep it going and, most importantly, I am at losing my mobility to the point where I may soon have to be in a wheelchair. We decided to check out The Village and were met by Alicia Bowling, one of their sales representatives. Alicia gave us a tour of the facility and also an explanation of the services and amenities provided. She was most attentive and patient with us as we asked her all sorts of questions dealing with food to fire drills. She also followed up quickly with any follow up questions and requests that I had after our get together. In short, Alicia was just great in trying to make us comfortable with making a huge change of going from a house to an apartment at The Village. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. She made the experience very pleasant.

My client just recently moved onto the amazing community. I was met by Daniel the friendliest valet who helped me getting my thing out of the car then parking my vehicle in the garage since there was no visitor parking. The second I walked in the staff and residents were incredibly nice and welcoming. The community it self is clean and pretty much a resort style living accommodations. My client happened to be on the 8th floor and the view from her apartment was breath taking and peaceful. Heck, I am ready to sell my house and move in! Lol

What an amazing welcoming community located beautifully on the waterway in The Woodlands! Everything local is easy access and easy to walk. With the complimentary tram right out the door too, it’s perfect! Christin hosted us on an informative and fun tour of the facilities/amenities, introduced us to many wonderful residents at happy hour, and set us up for a wonderful dinner afterwards with a beautiful couple who shared why they enjoy living at the Village at The Woodlands Waterway. Christin was so gracious and attentive to details - she is clearly admired by the residents for good reason! All of the staff we encountered were genuinely warm and welcoming from the reception desk and throughout our tour and shared experiences. No wonder the residents are also welcoming and friendly. A truly happy environment is evident! With so many social activities to amazing entertainment offered, the options to keep us as busy as we would choose to be are impressive. Having toured several communities, the Village at The Woodlands Waterway tops our list for friendliest staff and happiest residents…and the amazing location!
