Why is there so much turnover with the staff? Why doesn't Management do something about it? Could it be Management is the problem? It compromises the service that the residents receive. Berry Porter, please do something on behalf of the staff. Response to owner- All that sounds good on paper but in actuality none of what you said happens. My family member stays there and they said turnover is atrocious. Ensign does not take care of their employees period.
