The Apartment is impressive and the customer service i received today was excellent. Egla Camacho was very classy, welcoming, professional all while being very friendly towards us. I would definitely recommend Summer Lake Apartments to future residents

We need more than five stars for this review! Edgla Camacho, the leasing agent, gave me a tour that was out of this world. Her friendliness and clear explanations made it obvious—they have the best maintenance team in the area. I got all the info I needed, and honestly, she completely convinced me. I recommend this property to Latinos, Americans—everyone! I’ve never had a better experience. I’m super excited to move in—this is THE place to be!

Lisa Petri has been a wonderful addition as the new manager at Summer Lake Villas. She’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Lisa communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and brings a calm, professional presence that makes a big difference. It’s great to see management that is attentive and proactive. Good Apartments! My neighbors are quiet and nice. It's Clean! No pests. Great apartments for the price. If I wasn't going to help care for my elderly parents after this lease I would definitely renew and I am sad to leave. Maintenance has been very prompt, just had a little AC drain backup which stopped the AC and Ediel Rodriguez came out quick to fix, happened once before, and another maintenance guy came promptly and after hours, I forget his name, but they all have been awesome! Egla in the front office is the best.
