Bailey Pointe at Miracle Hills

The staff at Bailey Pointe is experienced, kind and compassionate! Heather is responsive and professional and the nursing staff is very knowledgeable!

Would give 0 if I could. They don’t know how to take care of their patience or how to deal with them. They leave them in bed for 24 hours and just come in and give them their pills and go on about there day and does not get them up to eat.

I’m editing my review because I love how this place has become my first choice for assisted living. The review I left before was right after they took over and I’m happy the care my mom received while she lived there. Communication is great and you can always find some one to ask questions. I would recommend this place.

Love this place! After choosing this community for our loved one, I can confidently say The Waterford at Miracle Hills is second to none! From the wonderful care he receives from the caring staff members, to the amazing array of activities that are offered. Even the food is superb! I can't say enough great things about this place and every staff member we have met. Thank you for providing such great services, and caring for our family member like one of your own.
