Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my grandmother received at Wilderness Hills. The amount of love, compassion, and kindness shown to her was truly phenomenal. Every member of the team made her feel supported, valued, and genuinely cared for, not just as a resident but as part of their family. Jura, in particular, was a true blessing, and I will be forever thankful for the love and dedication shown to my grandmother. Knowing she was surrounded by such a supportive and caring team brought our family so much comfort. Wilderness Hills will always hold a special place in our hearts.

It has truly been a blessing to have a place for my father who has Alzheimers. Having a caring staff and beautiful environment to be his home during this time has been a blessing. When family is not able to be by my father's side, I know that he is looked after by his Waterford family. Thank you!

Such great care of my grandpa was given by the whole team. Would completely recommend. Very clean facility with a feeling of home when you walk through the doors. Conscientious staff pay attention to so many details when caring for and getting to know their residents. It definitely feels like a family-owned and run facility.

They have taken phenomenal care of my aunt. Between my aunt and uncle we have had them in 5 assisted living locations and this is by far the best one we’ve had. It’s smaller so there’s more attention spent on them. Cami is especially amazing and she has made my aunt feel like she’s part of the family here. I am so grateful for the care my aunt has received from everyone here!
