When i came to visit a family member, I noticed how all the staff was very helpful and caring about the elders. The facility gave a home like feeling.

When we first arrived, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. It felt like we were invited to join a family, and we enjoyed the new living arrangements, even though we were initially unsure about long-term comfort. As time passed, we became more comfortable and very glad to be apart of this community! Our experience so far, has been great, staff has accepted us here and spoil us to no end. As time passes we all need more help for daily tasks that used to come to us so easy, here they help us understand we can do this together and it’s working! We are more than satisfied to continue to be a part of this family, and enjoy life here. Highly recommend The Waterford at Williamsburg for comfort, friendship, love, and superior senior living assistance.

Caring and understanding is best way to describe The Waterford and their staff. We were residents for 11 months and they made it such a great experience. From our first day to our last, they made it such a great experience.

Their professionalism and kindness made an immeasurable difference during one of the most difficult periods of my life. We moved my Father in law to Waterford Williamsburg a week ago and he is so much happier there than the previous assisted living community he had been at since an accident two months ago! I have yet to meet any of the staff that has not been friendly, smiling and accommodating. What a difference the culture of the staff can make! He has made leaps and bounds and loves being there and the food! Thanks to Oasis Senior Advisors for recommending this place for him!
