THE WATERFORD ON COOPER

The staff here is always welcoming and friendly. They are consistent with providing the best of care for the residents, along with a calendar of regularly scheduled activities for them to engage in and have fun with. This facility also houses an Outpatient clinic that provides both Physical and Occupational therapy. Their dining room is open and spacious with natural light, and always smells delicious at meal time. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are clean and well maintained. I feel very confident in having my loved ones residing in the care of this residence.

As I entered the building, the smells of supper were awesome! Very clean. Residents looked relaxed and happy. Some people were playing a game of Rummy.

I really love this facility. They have an amazing, caring staff. I would definitely recommend The Waterford on Cooper if you are looking for a great place to care for your love ones.

We had the opportunity to visit the community. Great staff and very clean. We stayed for a meal and enjoyed the tasty food. Our server was attentive and very polite.

My grandfather had dementia and Parkinson’s. He could not function. They would drop him and not bother to tell us. We specifically told them he needs help being fed. The starved him. The state of uncleanliness was jaw dropping.
