The Watermark at The Pearl

Watermark at the Pearl is a beautiful community. Each time I'm there I see residents out and about enjoying the amenities and socializing with one another. Their team has been very kind and welcoming and a great addition to the long term care community in the Portland area.

I was provided a tour of this spectacular community by Amanda H. The tour was informative and highlighted the community's amenities. The food was superior - the best chai latte I've ever had! What also stands out is the sense of dignity and respect shown to residents at every stage. It’s reassuring to know there’s a thoughtful continuum of care in place as needs change. Overall, this community provides peace of mind and a high quality of life. Highly recommended.

I want to thank the incredible team at Watermark at the Pearl for the outstanding care and support they’ve shown my mom since she moved in. When she needed immediate medical attention, the team went above and beyond to help. I called for an ambulance and informed the concierge, who quickly handed me the AED before I even had to ask. As I rushed back to her room, Michael Farrell, the Associate Executive Director, noticed my concern, opened the stairwell, and literally ran five flights with me to ensure I got back so to her so my mom received prompt care. If you’re looking for a professional and compassionate community that prioritizes safety and helps residents thrive, I highly recommend Watermark at the Pearl. Their dedication and quick response made a difficult moment much easier for our family.

Our family has benefited immensely from contacting and visiting with Anne Whitlock, who has connected with each of us on a deep personal level. We are truly indebted to her and other staff at Watermark for introducing us to this excellent facility. We intend to join there soon because it's definitely the finest of its kind that we've found in our extensive exploration of such independent living in many areas of the U.S. This means not only Portland, where we now reside, but in other states like AZ. as well. The earnest attention and consideration given from Anne have been incomparable. She even sent us the gift of a blanket when the heating in our current building broke down. Thank you! Watermark is a beautiful new seniors residence right in the heart of Portland's Pearl District with both independent and assisted living. Gracious and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
