Valencia at Willow Creek

Please be aware of this place when considering a home for your loved one. We’ve had nothing but concerns about our loved one not being fed, changed, no fluids to drink, or showered. We have brought this up multiple times to staff and owners and nothing has changed. It has been beyond heartbreaking to witness.

Valencia at Willowcreek has been a life saver for our family. Our mother fell 6 1/2 years ago and broke her hip and fractured her ankle. She moved into the facility in May 2018. Even through the Covid pandemic she was safe and well cared for. The staff has been amazing! Our mother feels safe and extremely content. Her room is cleaned weekly. The kitchen staff, with Venos at the helm creates/cooks wonderful meals. Venos has been there over 15 years. The caregivers are very good at their job and truly care for the residents. We are so grateful that our mother has such a fabulous place to live! Erin Pickens

What a special community Valencia at Willow Creek is!! The care and love that was shown to our Dad by the staff was incredible. From Sean walking us through transitioning Dad and welcoming us to the community, to the delicoius homemade meals by Vinos, to the cheerful server Judy, to the amazing CNA Janette who made sure Dad was so carefully taken care of, comfortable and watched over, to Kayla doing fun activities that Dad loved. All of the staff at Valencia are outstanding!! Soon after Dad moved in the amazing cook Vinos made a special dinner for our family to share while we had siblings in town. The table was set beautifully and the food was wonderful l. This was our last family dinner together with our Dad. As Dad was transitioning the director Emily was so kind to check in on us to see if we needed anything and set up a dinner for our family outside of Dad’s room as we all gathered to be with Dad as he passed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home-like feel and care for our Dad and family. So grateful we chose Valencia, they truly treat you and your loved one like family!! ❤️

The team at Valencia are amazing! Especially Emily and Sean! They went out of their way to make sure mom was welcomed, felt comfortable and was taken care of. Mom loves her new home and she wished we would have made the move sooner! Thank you for all your help in making this transition easy and for helping us all feel at peace.

We experienced other places and Valencia at Willow Creek was by far the BEST place my father experienced after he could no longer live at home. Valencia staff made us feel at home and were so friendly and helpful. It was clean and always smelled good. The food was delicious. They even had a welcome dinner for our family at a special room set up for family dinning. My dad felt proud to have us there. The resident to staff ratio is low so they get the care and attention they need unlike other places we experienced. We felt at peace leaving my dad there and knowing he would be well taken care of. That was priceless. The chef Vinos has been there for 17 years! Many of the caregivers have worked there for years, which is a very good sign that they are not overworked and they have a good environment. I liked going to visit my dad at Valencia. It was fun to go to the dining room and eat with him. At the other places, it was uncomfortable and the food offered didn't look very appetizing. My dad enjoyed the food and ate well at Valencia. Judy one of the servers, always remembered what drink my dad liked and his special dietary needs. The day before my dad passed Kayla the activities director took a picture of him with his art project and sent it to us. It is one of the last pictures we have with him. Kayla even attended his funeral. The evening my father passed away was the day of their big Thanksgiving family dinner. Probably the busiest day of the year for the chef and she came down to comfort us and brought us dinner. The management even set up tables outside my dad's room so we could gather and eat there. The whole staff was so comforting and understanding. Next to being at home, I couldn't think of a better place for my dad to pass. I want to thank Valencia for making a difficult experience one of peace and comfort.
