The Westmont at Short Pump

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt such a sense of warmth and care. My aunt's onboarding process was absolutely wonderful. Jade was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, making sure every detail was handled with compassion and professionalism. The front desk staff is always welcoming with a smile, and the nursing team has been nothing short of amazing. It's clear they truly care about the residents, and that gives our whole family so much peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have found this community for our loved one. it truly feels like a second home. Thank you for everything!

I have been living at The Westmont in Shortpump for over 2 years and it was the best decision I have ever made to move here. My 3 room apartment is on the 3rd floor with beautiful views, and my cat, Kramer, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are amazing and always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I have met many residents that come from around Richmond area and further away. There are lots of interesting activities for us to pick from and they also take us out on the Westmont van to enjoy other activities.

The Westmont at Short Pump is a beautiful community. I met with the executive director and she has been so helpful and friendly. I walked in for a tour and she walked me around while the director was already on a tour. We met Allison when she was done with her first tour and she is full of knowledge and answered every question would could think of. We will be looking at this community for sure as a top option for my grandmother. Thank you all for being so helpful.
