The Willows at Meadow Branch

All the staff provide outstanding service to my mother. I am so thankful and blessed for the wonderful and caring staff! Much of the staff have worked at the Willows for many years. That is a very good indicator of the quality of care the residents receive. Unfortunately so many nursing homes have such a high staff turnover rate. When the employees are valued and enjoy their jobs the residents benefit from this. Ms. Kay, who has been the receptionist for many years, is always so helpful and kind. I also couldn't ask for better care from staff like Alicia! She always seems to anticipates all my mom's and my needs. Ms Lynn, who has worked here for years, is also such a blessing! She is so patient, kind and loving to all the residents. She can always talk my mother into getting a shower. She is also such an outstanding employee and goes out of her way to help in any way possible! The building is always spotless and never smells of urine. The cleaning staff do a terrific job. They also have a wonderful physical therapist who is at the Willows daily providing individual care to residents. Sam is so kind working with everyone and resident's unique needs. He customizes my mother's care around her quirks. The Willows has a gorgeous dining room. They offer a wonderful selection of meals and alternatives to the residents. When you eat in the dining room you have dedicated staff who wait on you. It is like you are eating in an upscale restaurant. They also cater to individuals and their unique diets and needs. I couldn't ask for better care for my mother.

I am indirectly associated with this magnificent and wonderful place. The leadership, staff, and volunteers go above and beyond to show dignity, love, and respect for any one and every one whom they serve and work with daily. The facility is always immaculate and the food outstanding.
