The Willows Senior Living

We had our grandmother stay at The Willows for about 3 months after a fall, and the experience was amazing! We were nervous in the beginning, but right away it felt more like a home than a cold facility. The smaller, family-style setting helped my grandma feel comfortable and right at home- she received amazing one on one care, and the staff treated her with genuine kindness and respect. In large facilities you sadly don’t receive that type of care due to short staffing. The staff quickly learned all my grandmas likes and dislikes and really spoiled her! Carlene and Heather were great with communicating with us addressing any questions we had and giving us updates on how grandma was doing. I truly believe that because of the care she received, she was able to return back to her own home, which meant everything to our family. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend The Willows to anyone looking for short-term or long-term care for a loved one.

I’ve seen firsthand how much heart and dedication they have. They truly care about providing a warm, comfortable home where seniors are treated with dignity and compassion. It’s a beautiful small family-owned home that offers a much more personal environment than those large facilities.

I've had the pleasure of meeting many residents of the Willows senior living while providing in-home haircuts/hairstyling services. I have returned as needed to help those who have trouble getting out. The staff was friendly and helpful in setting up a service area and assisting as needed. The owners have been present as well, also very caring and assisting myself, staff and residents. The house was spacious, clean and they seemed to be enjoying lunch that was served while I was there. I hope to continue to provide services here regularly and would recommend this home if you have a loved one in need.

We were lucky to have found this place! After my mother was abused by a staff member at a larger chain facilities memory care, we were nervous about moving her. The took her in immediately got her the medication adjustments she needed and completely took care of the paperwork to get her on hospice. We didn’t have to do anything. The staff to resident ratio is probably the most impressive part. She was always clean and dressed well, they would even style her hair and paint her finger nails! I can not recommend them enough!
