THE WINDSOR OF LAWRENCE

I have nothing but amazing things to say about The Windsor. The entire staff have become a village in the care of my dad. Each and every one of team members have been so kind and compassionate when it comes to his daily needs and routine. Ashley, Megan, and Chloe have provided great communication and are always available when I have a question. The Windsor is a hidden gem.

This truly is a home for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. The staff take such good care of the residents. There are always fun things for the residents to do (cheese tasting, making lip balm, bingo, etc) and they host many special family days as well. The Mother’s Day brunch was lovely!

My Mom loved living here. Unfortunately she was only here for a little over a year, but she was so happy and grateful for her cozy room and for the wonderful staff. Her favorite activities always included music and that was provided in many different forms. She especially enjoyed the times family was invited to celebrate a holiday by joining her for dinner and entertainment.My sister and I appreciated the help and guidance that we received from Ashley, Megan, Lorrie, and the rest of the staff. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a caring, loving environment for their loved one.

The Windsor’s environment is so welcoming and caring. The premises are kept clean and in good repair. Surroundings are comfortable and inviting. The friendly staff made my mom’s transition to her new home much easier, and also helped me to adjust, as I had been her caregiver for 5 years. I am confident that my mom is in good hands.

My mom has been at Windsor for several years now. I love the staff and feel confident that she is in great hands while I still work full time. I love how the staff jokes with her and makes her laugh. The recreational director has been tremendous in getting the residents active in doing beadwork, bingo, doing games and what not. In looking for a place for your loved one, one of the things you want to look for is how the staff interacts with your loved one and making their day fun and interesting. I can go to work and feel confident that my mom is treated well and cared for. Thank you Windsor of Lawrence. Each time I visit my mom I am more and more confident we chose the right place for her! And I love how you treat me like family as well!
