The Wormer Residence

Been in my parents apartment and its has mold and mildew, there stove keeps going out and instead of them replacing it they keep trying to repair it and that's after months of waiting. Needs lots of updates and improvements but they keep going up on the rent! Shame do better!

Year 5 same broken windows same draft in the front door same draft in the windows I got covers and plastic over my windows been using my oven and space heater to heat my kids room up and the home up since October I was told to turn my heat up to 80 degrees I did that my thermostat been on 75 80 since October but the temperature in the home is 59 degrees every day inhumane nothing upgraded but the rent every year and soon as im late on rent I get charged court fees and eviction notices I dont even feel comfortable going to put im a work order i been begging for new windows for 3 years when I was promise them 5 years ago now the heat aint working your home suppose to be your comfort zone after work higher ups are not maintaining this property properly 5years 4 different managers at the front desk in 5 years

I love the apartments no complaints besides the old appliances could be undated along with floors and carpet it’s a great price with lotssss of space and I don’t have no bug problems at all also I don’t hear anything threw the walls idk if it’s bc it’s older people I think you get your moneys worth with the bigger apartments

While my leasing agency T the black lady was cool. She’s misleading, I was sold on these apartment because of her. What she don’t tell you is that the walls are thin, do to the wildlife pest like spiders is a problem, one big thing is my unit seemly looked clean but appliance old and nasty. No fresh carpet it was cleaned and still flat like card board. It’s worth paying a couple hundred more and get that nice apartment, I wish I haven’t moved here but it’s not bad for this year. I feel like all the tenants live in one room cuz I can hear everyone conversation clearly. If you can afford it don’t try to save like I did. Spend that money you work hard to be somewhere nicer than here. I edited this review no one ever reached out.
