The maintenance crew is awesome! I just wish the employees had explained the heating system in the apartment more explicitly when we initially signed the lease. My husband, my son and myself had no idea how the system worked (or that there even was a heating system) and we discovered we’ve been running the heater consistently for 5 months! 😱 my electric bill has been SO high for months and no one could figure it out. Thank goodness for the maintenance crew!

Amazing service, I am moving in on Saturday and the application has been very smooth. Crystal & Julianna have been very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the conversations we shared! Highly recommend.

I give 4 stars for the property and 5 stars for Travis in the maintenance department. He's really polite and respectful when he comes, and always cleans up after he finishes a job. Very professional and friendly!

Living here has been a terrible experience. Upon my inspection everything looked fine. After I few days I quickly realized how terrible the property is. Air ventilation is terrible (they will have the air on during your tour to cover this up). And if you’ve had an experience like me where someone has tried to follow you to your unit then you’d also be scared to have your windows and blinds open. Therefore, I rely on my AC unit which is not connected to the bedroom. The issue with turning on my AC however is that there is a weird odor. My AC unit also omits dirt when I turned it on for the first few weeks. Travis, one of the maintenance workers however, has done his best to help which I greatly appreciate. I’ve tried calling and emailing staff multiple times for assistance on other things and received no response. The only time I received responses was my first two weeks there. I had two packages stolen my first week there so I no longer ship anything to my apartment. If safety is important for you then look else where. Again, I’ve had someone try to follow me to my apartment. The property is not truly gated. Parking is gated however anyone can walk through the complex if entering through the middle of the complex. In additional to that the gates surrounding the property to make it seem “gated” is broken in multiple areas where I have seen people squeezing in and out of. There is only 5 guest parking spots which staff normally parks in for most the day and street parking is always full. Additionally my first time trying to do laundry I realized my washer was broken. I gave a maintenance worker permission to enter while I was at work in the morning. After maintenance left and I returned to my apartment after work in the evening I get a knock on my door. Before I can say anything the worker already came into my apartment, literally one second after he knocked. He saw I was home and apologized and claimed he came back in to see if he forgot his phone charger here from when he worked on my apartment earlier that day. It’s unacceptable he walked in before I could even answer. Travis one of the maintenance workers has been kind anytime he’s worked on my property. Knocked and waited for a response. I can go on and one about my experience here after only a MONTH. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I wanted to add to my review after a second month of living here. The same maintenance worker who entered my apartment without permission was assigned to my apartment to fix the bathroom lighting. Now only did he leave first and dust all over my bathroom sink, he took it upon himself to allow himself to use my bathroom. I know this because he left the toilet seat up. I do not ever have my toilet seat up. Shocked he still has a job and how I haven’t seen more complaints about him. Makes me wonder what else he did in my apartment while I was at work. Beware if you plan on applying here.

I would give it no stars but it is not a option. Don't get fooled by the lower rate rent and low deposit. When you move out they charge you over $1200 in new carpet no matter how clean you leave it, painting even though walls super clean, and cleaning fee totaling close to 2K. And they charge for random utilities that us not even part of our lease, it is just outrageous things they added. Happy to share our closeout bill with anyone. You get what you pay for. We left apartment in pristine condition, see pictures. It is a smoking community even though they say it isn't like at pool, walkways, parking lot, everywhere eventhough they say it is not. Our neighbor downstairs is a heavy smoker and smoke smell started coming in into our apartment through vents. We notified office multiple times and they never dealt with it. We have never been able to enjoy the patio or leave any windows open and our apartment still smells like smoke. We ended up moving out early, 1.5 months early because smell it was just intolerable and eventhoughwe had already paid full month rent. They never provided relocation and they are charging us for the full lease and are retaliating and kept our deposit and charged us ridiculous amounts. A brand new carpet for over $1200 when we were there 11 months and carpet just needs a washing, new paint job, detailed cleaning when we paid to have it cleaned. Never rent here!! Pay the extra and go rent with Irvine company or others. What they offer is not real either, their business center had broken printer the entire time, computers didn't work sometimes, dirty grills, no offstreet parking, pool often had drinking loud parties past 11pm. They never did anything about it. So much drinking at this community, my car got hit even though it was parked; drunk people in the walkways at nights sometimes. New managers literally every other month because everyone would quit. Oh and be ready to have your car towed... there is not enough parking on the street, even though they tell you there us. The last manager when we were leaving and also quitting that week apologized and said main owners are horrible. There were people making out having sex at the pool bathrooms once that is how bad it is there. I understand they can't control everything but they don't even try or let you out of your lease when you complain and retaliate against you when you leave.
