THREE CREEKS SENIOR LIVING

Wonderful home-like environment. The activity staff does such a good job offering many and varied activities for residents and families! I would like to have more security around the outside of the building including all parking lots. My family member’s parked car has been damaged twice. The dining areas are lovely. It seems they could use a little more meal ordering/serving help sometimes but overall the dining experience is great!

My Father Nate Woods stay at Story Point of Gahanna was very Nice and Satisfying. Our Family was treated like we were apart of there Family. From the Staff (Brittany, Shawna, Donnie) and all the personal I would like to say.... Thank You for the Kind Words, Gestures and Love for our Family but more importantly for my Dad!! I have been here for about 2 months now. I am very happy to have made this pick. I feel that I made the right decision. I feel safe and that people are there to help me. There is not much that I do not like except the meals. I realize cost is a factor but some of the things they serve are not up to what I call really good, Thank goodness the menu has changed. Dining service need to be greatly improved. Meals should be hot opposed to the cold meals we receive. Most people have experienced cold meals more than is acceptable.

My mother died at 3 Creeks after living there for over two years. She lived in the assisted living part and then the memory care unit. Our experience with the staff throughout her stay was very tenuous. As upper management changed, and heads of nursing changed communication was always compromised. Communication between the medical staff and the family was so difficult and completely different from our previous facility. Daily care was dependent on who was working that day and how many employees were at work that day. There were many loving and good care givers there, but they can only do so much. They tended to leave when the lazy ones got away with doing very little at the residents expense. I felt compelled to write this review bc if you are considering assisted living for your loved one, not everything is as it appears. Three Creeks is a beautiful facility with supposedly high ratings. They present a great meet and greet when giving you the tour, but the reality is different. For you own peace of mind talk to the family members of current residents before signing a contract.

Three Creeks has been phenomenal! Mom & dad were in Independent Living and they loved it! When dad passed early May, we placed mom in memory care. All the staff have been very responsive, supportive and caring. It's been difficult for mom to understand what a health pandemic is and why we can't come in to see her; but Paige, Tegan & Libby have all been awesome in keeping us informed. The front desk personnel from Ms. Sandy to Kiwi are all wonderful and pleasant whenever we call. They had to move mom from independent living to memory care. They did it with quickness and provided a comfortable/home-felt environment for mom. You guys are doing great! I understand the hardship the pandemic has created for everyone and your community; but I appreciate the careful efforts taken to protect our high-risk loved ones during this time.
