THREE OAKS ASSISTED LIVING

My uncle and Dad are living their best lives at Three Oaks. I loved the place instantly when I took the tour. I could see the staff responding to residents with respect and care. The place is very clean. I toured many places that seemed to be doing the bare minimum. The staff here knows the likes and dislikes of each resident and treats them as individuals. My Dad and Uncle tell me all the time that they are happy there. I am confident that they are getting superb care.

I try not to leave poor reviews especially for facilities I did not get to experience first hand. However, I did not even get a chance to have a true experience because when I attempted to contact this facility regarding availability and pricing for their assisted living I would get hung up on or received the run around regarding information. They would tell me to call back the next day or try calling back in 15-30 mins. I would do as instructed and still get no information. I even called from two separate phones and still could not get information. I'm not sure why I was never able to get in contact with the administrator but this is not the type of care starting out I would want to receive from an assisted living especially when considering placing a loved one here. EDIT: Jonna personally called me to make amends and provided me with the info that they do accept the STAR Plus waiver. I appreciate you Jonna for the information as we both want to help families! Finding affordable care is very important for our seniors. Thank you so much

My mother was a resident for 7+ years at Three Oaks. She was always treated with dignity and respect. She was allowed to be as independent as she wanted to be. The staff and administration strive to make every resident feel special. They are attentive to each one's needs. While mother was there, they took her and the other residents on day trips, which they thoroughly enjoyed. They have special celebrations during the year and include the entire family. I feel they go above and beyond to provide a safe, comfortable place for their residents. Three Oaks was the best place for my mother when she could no longer stay by herself.

Three Oaks has been a source of such comfort for our family. My mother has been at Three Oaks for almost 6 months and we couldn’t be more pleased. All of the staff are so kind and caring. I never worry about my mom’s safety or well-being while she is there. The small family feel of the place was the selling point for me. My job is close by so it isn’t unusual for me to drop in multiple times a day at all different times. I’ve been as pleased at 6:00 in the morning as I am at 6:00 in the evening or on a Wednesday or the weekend. There are other facilities close by, but Three Oaks is by far the best for what my mother needed. She is loved, cared for, and safe.
