When one of the owners lived in the building, it was first class, but not so any longer. A lot of my mother’s things came up missing as well as winter coats for my mother and father. My father died of acute dehydration and the start of kidney failure. It is assisted-living, but they are not assisted in reminding them to do their hygiene. I observed that people were put to bed early and employees all congregated in the office area to chat.

This home was professional and I have never seen a staff more compassionate and kind.

Thrive Assisted Living Home left an indelible impression of compassion, respect, and genuine care. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and dedication. What struck me immediately was the staff's unwavering commitment to personalized care. Each resident was treated as an individual with unique needs and preferences, and the staff took the time to ensure that their dignity and autonomy were always upheld. It was inspiring to witness how attentively they listened to residents, tailoring their approach to meet each person's specific requirements.

Thrive assisted living has been nothing but superb for our friends family . The owners are out of this world, they provide the utmost care for all patients as well their families. Knowing there are great team members caring for loved ones is very comforting and can ease one’s mind .

The Admin is terrible to staff, is rarely involved, and has controlled substances laying around the house. She brushes a lot of things under the rug and takes advantage of her position to bully younger staff. The owners won’t do anything about it or hire a new Admin who will better serve their business. A resident that they still house got caught smoking out of a pipe several times and they let her stay there. They are 2 years behind on Medicaid documents and should be shut down. I don’t recommend housing your loved ones here until they figure out how to run a safe assisted living home. Edit to add: They leave medication cabinets unlocked, and somehow a resident was found with lorazepam in her sock that did not belong to her.
