TIFFANY ON THE RIVER

Our father moved into Tiffany’s in January 2023. He had an excellent room with a private bath and outside screened in porch. His room was right outside of the dining room so he could watch them while they were fixing him meals if he chose to have his door open. We actually planted flowers and had a bird feeder outside of his porch, as well as a squirrel feeder. He loved the distractions. Tiffany’s also provided entertainment and exercise classes. They always celebrated holidays and we were invited. There were anywhere from 4-7 residents during our father’s stay. Max they could take was 7. The caregivers were great. He had mild dementia with short term memory issues. It was an excellent location for my sister and I, 10 minutes for each of us. We could leave instructions for TV shows for him and the caregivers would set up for him. We could call and check to see if he was awake to come and visit. We could visit with our dog (on a leash) but we were respectful of other residents with our dog. One of us visited almost every day. We took him out to eat periodically. They reacted timely with issues. He was 95 when he arrived. He passed away at 98.

Our mother resided here for 8 months. She could not have been in a better place. Home cooked meals, activities, laundry services etc...more like home than a facility. The owners, Sandra and Caleb Dorval are very caring and respectful of all resident needs. We had hospice who also assisted in her care. The front porch and staff were our mothers favorite. They kept her comfortable and clean at all times and were very patient with her dementia behaviors. There is no better place for your family member! A view of the river is a bonus!

This is a wonderful assisted living along the intracoastal in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. My mother lived there 12 years, the longest resident they ever had! It has a “bed & breakfast” feel to the home. The view is spectacular and there’s a great porch in front to watch the boats pass by. The highest resident occupancy is either 6 or 7, which makes it feel cozy and comfortable. The current owners, Sandra & Caleb do a great job maintaining the residents. I highly recommend. Your loved ones will feel “home” here.
