TIMBER RIDGE AT EUREKA

Timber Ridge is Not a Care home! It is assisted living, with minimal assistance. If you’re looking for elder care use Fryes, it just a smile away! My mother chose TR over all the other places, because she liked her independence! She only stayed there close to a year! TR proved to be like their negative reviews! It is almost beyond belief the way they are treated/ not treated there! They raised the prices over $1000 per mo in just 1 year! Plus the staff smokes anything! in their area when you first enter the parking lot. I have seen a pitbull dog wandering in the empty lobby on the weekend when No management or reception is there! Please consider these things and take the negative reviews seriously when placing your loved one there! They still owe my Mother money that she overpaid when she move out, and at this point it doesn't look like they will pay her back unless taken to court. Anyway, PLEASE check the reviews of other places in the area and compare! My mother currently is in Great care at Fryes.

Excellent facility and staff. I have been very pleased with the care and attention my loved one is receiving. The front office team made the entire process easy and seamless. The care providers that provide the hands care for the residents truly do care, and it shows.

In the short time I've been to this establishment, I've witnessed many examples of elder abuse. Many elderly people go without supervision. Many employees smoke and are very rude to the people that visit. This is a place that needs to be shut down. Don't allow your own family members be abused

Staff is super shady when it comes to working with fellow community members. Never had a pleasant interaction with their staff or managers, except Drew solid guy and the only reason I gave it a 2. Don't bother trusting them or trying to work with them unless you want to be yelled at and treated like utter garbage.

Worst place to take your grandparents the manager lady there is really rude to kids and she has no patience for the elderly and she’s gonna run the place down with her negative attitude. To yell at some kids for doing a cartwheel is really rude especially if there not your kids maybe her problem is being big and not being able to have kids or a husband? But honestly this deserves a rate of 0.0 they don’t know how to greet a human being they just criticize you for no reason. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!
