The workers have no credentials. A homeless person could apply there and take care of the elderly. There is no federal background check, drug test, or requirements. As a Nurse it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about how you trust these strangers with your residents. Do better. I will not and would not ever trust to bring any family member or anyone I know to this facility, educate your workers. Or hire CNA’s. But if this continues I will be reporting this.

All the staff are so professional. I was so impressed with the care and kindness displayed to all the residents. It was a comfort to my heart to see the patience that was so evident from all the staff for each resident there. Can’t say enough good.

The cleanliness is great, but they always lost my grandmother's clothes, and she was wearing other people's clothes too, my grandma had a stroke, and they didn't notice for two days, and on the third day they called the ambulance and she passed away two days later in the hospital from that stroke! They lost my grandmother's cane and her diamond wedding ring that belonged to her mother, and we will never see them again! So be careful if you are thinking of putting your loved one in there! There was a couple of times I went in and could smell that my grandma hasn't been changed for quite a while, she later had a rash and yeast infection. Just because a place looks nice, don't be fooled! Looks can be deceiving. Please people do your research and see if the place your thinking about putting your loved one, has been sued and if so why!!!! 😢
