I recently called to request a tour for a family member. The new administration team were so helpful, friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I spoke with several staff members while there, who all reported the recent changes have been positive, as i had read previous reviews. All of the residents i encountered were well groomed and appeared well cared for and happy. The setting is calm and hope once they have an opening we can get our loved one moved in.

I toured this facility recently. I was shown everything I requested to see. I spoke with the new leader, she was pleasant, professional and calm. I did my homework. She has a strong track record in this part of OR. This seems like a well run facility, one that I will approve for my family member.

The staff are great. For the most part. Its the understaffing that's the issue. Working employees to death. Management does NOT care. Period. Putting them and residents in unsafe situations. Im surprised this facility has not been shut down yet.
