Buyer beware. I am only giving one star because I am forced to in order to post. I would honestly give them zero. Not necessarily because of the workers (though some were pretty bad) but definitely for their business practices. Just recently cancelled our contract. My father was very unhappy with the service. Some of the workers were very good but many were not. They sent very tiny people to help my heavy, very incapacitated dad. He felt very unsafe. They were also sending people who did not drive but he needed people who could get him to doctor appointments and take him to run errands. They did eventually send folks who could drive but by that time it was too late and my dad had had it with them. We've now been trying to work with them to reduce my dad's final bill because of issues when he was trying to cancel. We've paid the whole $30k+ bill but are disputing about $650 because of the issues near the end of the time. They have now become rude, bullying and I was just told tonight that "I already passed your accounts to the billing and collection department". It is clear to me now that all they care about is collecting your money. Patient care is not high on the list of priorities. As long as there is a warm body regardless of qualifications, you owe. Oh yes, and when they set up the contract which we were under duress to get done, they made my brother the "responsible party" rather than my father who is the one actually receiving the services and paying the bill so now they are going after my brother as well for the payment.
