I lived at tlc in Lockwood for 4 months. I was never told they had bed bugs. The hole time I lived there they had bed bug. I had bites all over my body. This was reported to Theresa the owner. She stated to me that she tells everyone that moves in but I was never informed of this information. Theresa is not appreciable and is nasty to the residents. I called the budsman and my case manager with waiver. I never got any help with anyone. IF You love your loved once do not send them to this place..

Apparently as of this morning the facility went on lockdown due to Covid. No outbreak at their facility. What I’m upset about is the rude snide female that answered the phone. She snapped at me before I could even ask a question. Didn’t say her name when she answered the phone. Please don’t bring your family member here to live. There is more to the story and just too much to say. But when I was there, I looked on the floor and there were small piles of dirt under the duct taped recliners. These people pay thousands to live there and they shouldn’t have to live in these conditions. You can’t tell me they can’t afford new recliners. The menu for the day all 3 meals was breakfast. Can you get any lazier? I’m sick to my stomach my friend is in this facility. They have one person on staff. Like seriously, what if someone fell. So upset

There are zero nurses working there. Only 1 cna for 16 residents. Lots of yelling loud or louder. Mental and physical abuse especially to dementia residents. This place should be closed forever. The only cna just sits on a stoll and is on their personal phone constantly. The food is minimal and I lost 6 pounds in 1 month. Shut this place down get the residents in a good place.

We moved my husband's father to TLC in 2019. We moved him here because of a bad experience with another home in a small town in western Montana. We were so excited to get him into a home that genuinely cares about him. They have been wonderful with him. They have been excellent at keeping us informed about what is happening with him. Especially with the events of 2020 they have have been wonderful at keeping us up to date on his condition, since we aren't able to spend time with him. We highly recommend TLC if you are looking for a wonderful home for your loved one!

I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one! The Caregiver on duty Wednesday-Friday is verbally abusive to the residents! The patients are awakened each day at 4:45 just so they have everyone up before the morning caregiver begins her shift. There is only one caregiver on duty at a time. They are very stingy with what they offer the patients for coffee or snacks. We had to bring in instant coffee for our Mother just so she could have a second cup of coffee each day. Food is not good! The biggest issue we had though is that NONE of the staff wear masks. Not even the owner/administrator. This is against the law! They don’t allow anyone in the facility because we could expose the patients and I understand that, but then neither should they! How can they keep them safe? We removed our Mother yesterday and will be caring for her at home.
