Whoever handles recruiting needs a wake-up call. They contacted me, I replied, and then never heard back. That’s a lack of respect for applicants.

Staff are absolutely awesome. But one interesting note they're head of Maintenance Ross just went to Federal prison. For some unknown reason. There are a lot of outdoor light fixtures here at the Menasha cslp that haven't worked in several years and has been known about but it's just been Shrugged under the rug. I love living here but they really need to start stepping up to the plate. If the state gets wind of what's being neglected that could be bad for everybody living here at the cslp.

Clarity Care is an amazing company. Very impressed with how well the clients are being taken care of. Not to mention the dedication of the caregivers and care teams! They make sure all of the clients and their families needs are met. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for care.

I would give 5 stars to the couple of ladies that actually work with patients. They are amazing and compassionate people. Unfortunately the core person for one particular place is very abrasive and uncaring towards patients. This really could be a great place if they had appropriate and enough staff to properly care for the patients here. There's absolutely no activity done here and very very sad. I would NOT recommended having a family member here. They do NOT staff like they should be and therefore are unable to care for people like they could and should. They will not keep you updated or tell you anything until it's days or weeks later. Not a good place at this time, sadly

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would! My cousin has been in clarity care for years, and I wish she would be moved! They have left her outside too long to get burns and blisters, stolen from, and just recently was DROPPED twice in the last few weeks. The workers are not very friendly, they don’t seem to watch over anything. This most recent time of them dropping her, they didn’t even call! The ER had to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE
